In this lesson, you will review the difference between a Template, Form, and Plan.
Where to Start
A Template is collection of To Do Items that plans are based off. For example, you may have a template called Para Professional Evaluation that houses the basis of a para professional's evaluation. You may also have a template for a student plan called Math Intervention.A template is not assigned to a specific educator or student, but is more of a guide for plans that are assigned.
A Form is a document that can be included in a To Do Item for an Educator or Plan Owner to fill out. A few examples of this include a Self Assessment form and an Observation form.
A Plan is an evaluation that is assigned to a specific educator or student. A plan can follow a template, include only parts of a template, or include new To Do Items that are not on a template
