In this lesson, you will learn how to log into DnA with your Clever Single Sign-On (SSO) account.
Retrieve Your Site & Clever Account Information
DnA System Admins will provide account and site information. To get started, make sure to retrieve the following information:
- District site's URL for DnA (e.g., districtname.illuminateEd.com)
- A username and password for Clever
- Computer and Internet access
Sign in with Clever Dashboard
Once your Clever District Admin has added the DnA app to your dashboard from the Clever Library, you will be able to click the application tile and log directly into DnA without any additional login provided that that the email address that you use with Clever matches the email address you use with DnA.
If your email addresses do not match, you will asked to link your Clever and DnA accounts together the first time you use Clever for single sign-on, after that you will not be presented with the login or link account screens any more. This process is described in a section below.
If you do not see the DnA app on your Clever Dashboard, please contact the person(s) designated as the Clever District Admin to request that the DnA app be added to your dashboard.
Sign in with Clever from DnA
Select the Clever icon at the bottom of the login screen. If you have a current Clever session active, you will be immediately logged into DnA. If you do not have a current Clever session, you will be prompted with the Clever login screen. Once you log into Clever, you will be immediately redirected back into DnA with no additional login required.
If the email address does not match between Clever and DnA, the user will receive an 'Account not found' error message. To resolve this issue they should contact their system admin.
