This lesson will guide you through re-opening an online assessment for a student. This is useful if students mistakenly submit their assessment too early and need to re-access it.
Where to Start
- Click Assessments.
- Select View Assessments.
- Click the title of your assessment to open it.
- Go to Administration > Online Testing.
To see more details on accessing the Online Testing page, select your assessment type: Flexible Assessment or Item Bank Assessment
Option 1: Live Proctoring
- Click Live Proctoring.
- Click the vertical dots icon next to the name of the student.
- Click Re-Open.
Option 2: Student List
- Click the Students: N link (N = number of students).
- Click the Actions button to the left of the Student ID.
- Click Re-Open.
