STAR Renaissance now has three new prebuilt reports:

• STAR Scale Score Comparison
• STAR Percentile Comparison, and
• STAR Percentile Band Student Count

• Updates have been made for Arizona AZELLA 2018-2019 import tool to accept Spring 2019 Re-Assessment data

The following Gradebook reports have received enhancements to improve data and general performance:

• Gradebook Elementary Progress Report
• Gradebook Standard Progress Report
• Gradebook Elementary Roster Report
• Gradebook Secondary Checkup Report

Each of the reports above have received the following changes:

• A newly added Shared Gradebooks selector
• Disabling of input controls or scope selectors when selected at the District level, requiring the user to run the reports by Site

• Active GradeBooks were not available when running various  GradeBook Prebuilt Reports but would be available in others, and now has been resolved.
• Reports were not generating when some students in class section did not have data. Now the report generates successfully using the Courses or Classes filter even when there are some students who do not have Gradebook data. The report will now omit students without data and still generate successfully as expected.

• When running the Gradebook Standards Based Progress Report and including the Standards Summary, the number of Times Assessed displays appeared as Null for all standards when it should display the number of times assessed in the gradebook.
• This has now been corrected to show the number of TImes Assessed as expected.

• It was reported that this report would not update with the teachers name after the gradebook had been transferred to a different teacher. Now, the filter updates with the current teacher's name after the gradebook has been properly transferred to a different teacher.
• Progress Report Elementary Report printing in mass has been updated to work as expected with a limit of 250 students at a time and a Rostering Active as Of selector
• Gradebook selector removed
• Updates have been made to ensure that all active gradebooks display within the report

• The GradeBook Secondary Checkup report had been reported not listing all active Gradebooks that a student is currently in and has now been resolved.

• Data was not pulling correctly into the Gradebook Standards Progress Report, even though there may have been scores in the Standards-Based Gradebook being selected and now, standard data should generate pending Gradebook usage.
• All of a teacher's active gradebooks were not appearing as a selectable option and has now been resolved.

• When updating and resyncing Google Classroom assignments to Illuminate Point-Based gradebooks, updated details will now include Name, description, points possible and due date.
• These can be changed in Google Classroom after the students have scores.

• Updates have been made to the element names with "GED" to HSE.
• IDEA and non_IDEA are now being reported accurately, within the LEA Elements tab.
• For LA only, an update has been made to the preschool age based on the age as of the count date.

• When searching and selecting recipients for Custom Forms, records would not respect the filters.
• This has been resolved.
