This lesson is to show you how to add question groups to an assessment. As an optional tool, Question Groups provide the ability to align a question to a group common theme or topic. Add Question Groups for more data analysis for an overall view of a group of questions with a common or shared theme.
Where to Start
Select + Question Groups to create and assign question groups on each question or item in the assessment.
When accessing an existing assessment, click Edit to access the Answer Key.
Add Question Groups
- Click Question Groups to open your available list
- Use the Search to find Question Groups previously created. If the Question Group does not already exist, type in the name of your Question Group and hit Enter to add it to the list.
- Select one or more Question Groups as needed to align to the item or question.
After adding Question Groups to any desired questions, a Saved icon will appear. Click Done to return to the Overview page.
