This lesson will review how to share, un-share, and delete reports. These tools may require additional permissions to your account.
Select Reports
- Select the checkbox for at least one report.
- The selected reports will check in blue.
- Click to select and view the Share Reports menu. This will provide all options as available to you based on the selected reports.
If you are not the author of a selected report, the ability to Delete Report(s) will not be available.
Share Report(s)
- To share reports with others, select Share Reports.
- Select Submit.
- Based on the options available to you, select who you want to share to.
- Select what or how the users can do with this report and if they can View the data (about their students).
- You can also select if they can Edit the report, as if they were an author and make changes
- You can also select if they can Delete the report, removing it permanently.
These share settings will apply to all previously selected reports.
Delete Report(s)
- To Delete reports from users account including your own, select Delete Reports.
- Select Submit.
- A pop-up message will appear to confirm that you really want to delete the reports from user accounts, including your own.
- Check the Yes, I am sure. box to confirm.
- To officially delete and remove the selected reports, select Delete # Reports.
- To cancel, select Cancel.
