This lesson will guide you through using Instructional Minutes Tracker data in a Custom Report! Combining such data will allow you to further analyze the meta-data with other data in the system (i.e. CELDT proficiency levels, benchmark performance, CAHSEE pass rates, etc.)
Where to Start
- Select Reports > View Reports.
- Search and select a Custom Report to add intervention data to, or create a NEW Custom Report from Student Search 2.0.
- Select Add Columns in the selected report.
- Under Type, select Core Data.
To access MTSS/RTI Intervention Tracking meta-data within Custom Reports look for the data categories "Student Intervention Programs" and "Student Intervention Sessions."
Intervention Meta-Data Options
When it comes to choosing the MTSS / RTI Intervention to add to the report, you have the following options available to you:
Student Intervention Program Custom Fields come from unique, Code Management-created fields added by a System Admin for your site. If custom fields have not been created, you may not see these available to you.
Custom Fields can be added and created within Setup Code Management (Admin) as part of the customization process of this tool.
Custom Fields created must be shared and managed by a System Admin or those with permission. Visit Manage Custom Reporting Data for details on sharing meta-data with others.
Student Intervention Session with Program Data will allow for a combination of session information with the affiliated programs as appropriate.
This is the BEST choice for you if you want to see session and program information side by side, as opposed to pulling data from two different places.
Student Intervention Sessions is providing only session information such as comments, flags, time/minutes, and if they received intervention.
