Data and Assessment (DnA)
Assessment
Fix
The “Push to Aeries Gradebook” feature requires a user to select the Gradebook, Assignments, and Standard(s) of interest. While all three components are listed as required, prior to this fix if a user clicked ‘Submit’ without having selected one or more standards, the user would receive a confirmation of the attempt despite no data being pushed. This fix prohibits users from proceeding without having selected a standard and will prompt the user to select a standard if no selection has been made.
Draft pool assessments will appear as unpublished item bank assessments and will now be displayed only in the draft item bank list.
Updates the names of interims for 19-20 to include 'Inspect' being listed prior to the grade level.

Reports
Updates

A drop down have been added to the Longitudinal Roster, Student Roster, and Assessment Summary to allow a user to clarify whether or not to include the Spanish version results.

A district limiter which prevents this report from being ran at the district level has been applied to assure optimal performance.

Students could have taken both assessments and both scores display on the report. This update inserts an additional drop down allowing a user to differentiate the Spanish versions from the English versions.
