Illuminate Student Information (ISI)
Third Party Integrations
IMS (Instructional Management Systems) Global is deprecating the LTI 1.1 standard and requiring migration to LTI 1.3 . This development effort conforms with IMS and verifies linking of DnA assessment and itsLearning / Canvas continue to work and behave as expected. In itsLearning, adding activity via LTI tool works when hash algorithm is set to SHA-256 works correctly as confirmed in both teacher and student login.
Data and Assessment (DnA)
Prior to this release, the secondary report card downloaded from portal was not inclusive of custom report data like it was when an admin prints from the grades > print option. This fix results in custom report data displaying on the secondary report card when downloading from portal.
The work includes general restyling, removal of percentages from the report, and the adding of an additional input control to address an edge case of gradebooks having both regular rosters and custom rosters associated to them and subsequently showing "duplicate" gradebooks.
The "Data to Include" input control has changed from "Percent Correct & Mark" and "Percent Correct Only" to "Score & Mark" and "Score Only" respectively. Additionally, a "Show Custom Rosters" input control is now available.
Within the report, the column header of "Score" has replaced "Percentage" and all "%" symbols have been removed.
Prior to this release, school names may have overlapped when the report contained many schools. This effort changes how school names are displayed to prevent them from overlapping.
ISE (Illuminate Special Education)

To add/inactivate the options within the dropdown the following Code Management Table has been added: Representative Tile. Note: This will only show for NEW IEPs as of the release.
An additional option for EL students grades 3-7 for the ELA subtest is available. It should ONLY be used/selected when the student is EL AND in their first twelve months as an English Learner student. NOTE: You will need to add a rationale statement that documents the reason why the ELA assessment is not appropriate for the student.
The Save Area was updated to honor ONLY saving this area and keep the data in the other areas on the "Areas for Consideration Page" of the MDR Process. NOTES: 1) If you select SAVE AREA it will save ONLY this data while keeping the rest of the areas' data. You will need to SAVE each area BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PAGE BY EITHER: 1) Selecting SAVE AREA for each are or 2) Select SAVE ALL to save the rest of the areas on this page. 2) Save Area will save all areas on the page.
