V12.1.8.0 Release Notes (11.26.19)

For districts with the STAAR Test Maker Banks, items for both the STAAR Test Maker ELA/Math and STAAR Test Maker HSS/Science banks can now be found in one bank labeled "STAAR Test Maker Item Bank." This bank is listed as a Non-District Bank and users with permission can assign View & Use Items permission to selected role(s).

Prior to this release, the Flex Assessment supported adding a predetermined amount of Multiple Choice questions only. With this enhancement, you can add specific quantities of other Flex supported item types beyond Multiple Choice.

The standards hyperlink now opens the standard information.

Prior to this fix, an error resulted when attempting to download the results from the Visual Results tab on the Grade with Camera page. This error has been remedied and both the excel and tab-delimited files now download.

A new state data known import is now available for the National ACT for the 2019-2020 school year.

ACT 2019-2020 has been added to State Data Management.

The AimsWebPlus Metadata has been rolled over to 2019-2020.

Reports such as the Assessment District Peer Comparison Report (as well as other reports i.e. Assessment Site Peer Comparison) have multiple options in the "Generate Report By".  Prior to this enhancement, the selection in the "Generate Report By" drop-down became the report title. When printed/referenced, the user lost the original report title from which the report was created. This enhancement adds an indication of the origin of the report for users reference.

Previously, when a Standards Based Progress Report was generated it resulted in two pages per student. With this fix, only one page per student is printed.
