Lock Widgets is a permission based feature that allows admin users to Lock Widgets on the Student Profile and Dashboard. This prevents users from deleting or re-arranging important widgets from their Dashboard or the Student Profile.
Required Permissions: Enable Widgets and Lock Widgets
Where to Start
- Go to the Administration Gear.
- Select Lock Widget.
Lock Widgets
- Select the Dashboard or Student Profile tab to see the available widgets.
- Click Check Dashboard to re-arrange widgets as needed.
- Select widgets to Lock.
- Click Submit when done.

Selecting Check Dashboard will take you to the Dashboard or Student Profile respectively. You will need to go back access Lock Widgets after putting widgets in place.

The widgets that begin with the prefix Custom_Report_Dynamic are custom reports that have not been shared to you that are also Dynamic Custom Report Widget. The digits that follow are the custom report ID.
