The Health Screening Vision widget shows all information relating to vision screenings. It displays this information by screening date, acuity R/L, near pt, passed, referred, care, unable, color, plus sphere, correction, and muscle balance.
This lesson will guide you through configuring the code tables for the Health Screening Vision widget.
Where to Start
1. Navigate to the Administration Gear and click Code Management.
2. Use the Select a Code Table menu to search for the desired Code Table, and click Load.
Configure Code Tables
Acuity/Near Point fields are represented by the “Health Visual Acuity” and “Health Near Point” code tables. When setting up these code tables, the values that are entered into the code translation column will appear in the UI exactly as they are entered.
3. To configure Code Tables, click the pencil/paper (edit) button next to an existing code to edit that code, or click Add Code at the top of the page to add a new code.
Note, if the desired result is to have “20/20” appear in Illuminate, then “20/20” should be entered as a code translation.
