The Plan of Care (POC) is the process that documents the required components for K-12 students who show a need for receiving services for medical and/or behavioral health in Michigan.
How to Navigate Using the Accordion Feature Within the POC
To navigate within the Plan of Care (POC) you can either select the Title of the Page within the accordion mode or click on the Page Title within the gray sub-navigation bar at the top of the page.
To collapse the Page click on the Page Name within the Accordion.
If you wish to navigate using the Gray Subnavigation Bar instead of accordion mode select here at the bottom of the screen to opt out.
You can opt back into the accordion mode at any time by going to the bottom of any page within the POC and selecting here.
