This lesson will guide users through how to add/edit student bus attendance within the Transportation Logs.
ISE Only users select the Medicaid Module -> Transportation.
Multi-product users select the Special Ed Module ->Transportation.
1. Select Log.
2. Select Add Log.
1. Select the District from the dropdown.
2. Select a bus from the Dropdown.
1. Select Date.
2. Select Go.
Selection Options
1. To select the entire week (including Pickup and Drop-off) select either of these check boxes.
2. To select both Pickup and Drop-off for a specific date use the check box next to the Day of the week/date.
3. To select individual Pickup(s) and Drop-off(s) use the check box next to the Pickup/Drop-off.
Once completed select Save Logs.
A message will appear at the top showing that the Logs have been successfully save along with the week of the logs.
1. To add additional weeks select a NEW Date.
2. Select Go.
1. Select the District from the dropdown.
2. Select All Buses, a specific bus or to select Multiple buses hold the CRTL button while selecting (for Mac users use CMD).
3. Select a Date.
4. Select Week or Month from the Print Logs for the dropdown.
5. Select Print.
This will create PDF(s) for the week/month that was chosen.
