State/Known Data Imports: Why do I see so many records imported but the records don't actually show in the raw assessment?

This is actually a function of how our importing tool now functions.  When a user imports data, the "rejected records" are kept in the database, thus contributing to the table totals.  It's when the user imports data an additional time, for that same dataset, that the "rejected records" from the original import job get deleted.  This functionality allows us to query the database after an import to find out which records failed to match.
