    Hi, Cheryl!

Sometimes you have to also choose to rescore the assessment by choosing the Advanced tab and then Re-score. However, I am going to convert this question to a ticket so that you could send us the specific assessment example for us to determine exactly what the issue might be. You should receive an email shortly and can reply to that email with the link of the assessment.

    Thank you!

Did the question ever get an answer?  We have a unit assessment already administered, but one answer on the key was incorrect.  We would like to update the key and re-score.  Unfortunately, the answer key will not allow changing the answer.  Any help would be appreciated!

We just ran into this issue, and the teacher needing to re-score persevered until he found the following solution. Thought I'd share in case anyone else winds up here:

"Finally figured it out. You have to go to the item bank and then make a revision to correct the item. However, after that there is a small little link that says update all assessments with the new revision. It then gives you a warning box about making a change to an active assessment. You click OK, then re-score and it makes the change. Just making a revision doesn't update the current assessment, you have to click that little link to update active assessments.  Didn't even see that link and I was on that screen several times. Honestly, I don't think it appeared until I ended the assessment after all my classes took the test."
