We're using an On Track configuration to calculate whether or not a student would be in the unduplicated count if the census date were today. It's not an obvious place to look when you want to add the information to a Custom Report, but otherwise it works well in that context.

You can also use the Prebuilt reports for On Track to look at how students count in the contributing categories, if that's of interest.

The table below shows how the On Track configuration is set up. The whole configuration has a one point scale, so a point in any single category decides the student's overall status. The names of the measures (custom reports) pretty much say all you need to know about what they return.

    Category FRL eligibility 100% 1 / 1 Points
Measure On-Track general: all students ever 100% -1 Points
Measure On-Track Student Attributes - NSLP free current 100% 1 Points
Measure On-Track Student Attributes - NSLP reduced current 100% 1 Points
    Category Foster youth 100% 1 / 1 Points
Measure On-Track general: all students ever 100% -1 Points
Measure On-Track LCFF foster youth current 100% 1 Points
    Category Homeless 100% 1 / 1 Points
Measure On-Track general: all students ever 100% -1 Points
Measure On-Track LCFF homeless youth current 100% 1 Points
    Category Migrant Ed 100% 1 / 1 Points
Measure On-Track general: all students ever 100% -1 Points
Measure On-Track LCFF Migrant Ed students current 100% 1 Points
    Category English Learner 100% 1 / 1 Points
Measure On-Track general: all students ever 100% -1 Points
Measure On-Track LCFF English Learners 100% 1 Points
