You can use your tile dashboard to organize your assessments and make them available with just one click.

You can also search for a keyword instead of choosing specific filters. For example, if your district creates benchmark assessments and names them all with Grade Level, Season, and Benchmark, you could choose your grade level in the filters and then search Benchmark%Fall (or whatever other season). Search and generate your unique URL.

I just created an assessment tile for our TK2-K Teachers and plan to do it for each grade. As a system admin, I created the time and then shared it out with those grade levels, the academic coaches and site principals. The teachers really appreciate it.

    Hey Kristin!

Tiles are definitely a great way to go to organize your files. You can also build something called an assessment view and then place the appropriate assessments in the assessment view. This method would allow you to build a tile with the added bonus that you can include a participation report as well. Check out these articles for more information on building assessment views, sharing, and participations reporting.
