    Hi, Jerome!

    The easiest way to complete this is to have the new user take over that staff member A's account. You can change the local user ID to the new user's local user ID from the SIS. (Admin Gear > User Management > Edit User > Additional Information - Local User ID) 

    Otherwise, each manual assessment and custom report has to be adjusted manually through the advanced tab. The itembank assessments have to be shared with the new account with the ability to edit and then the new account has to duplicate and re-publish the assessment. 

    If you'd like to send a ticket to help@illuminateed.com with the specifics of the user accounts, we could work on this more specifically and see if there is a way to change author en masse on the backend. Thank you!
