  This can occur for a few reasons:

  Self-Hosted
  a) Check the PSNavigator to ensure its correct.

  Hosted by Pearson
  a) Check the VPN credentials
  b) Check the Big IP Edge Client is "on" and "connected"
  c) Check the PSNavigator Password
