    The Core Data files are dependent on each other. Before an enrollment or roster file can process a students record the student needs to have a successful record imported into illuminate via the studemo.txt file. Two things to check:

    1) Make sure there is a record in the studemo.txt file for the Student ID in question.

    2) Check the studemo.txt import log to see if the record is getting rejected.
