For hosted PowerSchool clients, this error is usually caused by the following.
1. The IP address of the PowerSchool hosted server has changed in the PowerSchool data center.
2. The BIG IP Edge (VPN) client is not providing the correct information for the computer running the extract process to access the hosted PowerSchool server.
This will require the client to contact PowerSchool to verify both the IP address and BIG IP Edge (VPN) client information.
Illuminate Education is unable to check or reset the IP address information or the BIG IP Edge (VPN) client information.
