Many of our hosted PowerSchool clients have received notification from PowerSchool that their server has been moved to a new data center and that accessing the server will require some changes. Below is an example of an email that was sent from PowerSchool regarding the server change. You will need to update the Illuminate scripts accordingly to match the updated PowerSchool information.
Big IP Edge Client -> this information will need to be updated.

The file c:\ps_illuminateed_exporter\IEexport.cmd needs to be updated -> this information will need to be updated.
- update the IP address in this file to the IP address determined via the PowerSchool email below.
Here is the message from PowerSchool...
You were migrated to our new Rackspace hosting environment on April 2nd. As part of the move to our new datacenter, the VPN site has changed. The new URL is https://hostingvpn.powerschool.com (https://hostingvpn.powerschool.com/) . Your existing VPN user name, SID, and ODBC credentials will not change. The IP for the DB and password for VPN will change. The VPN password will be reset to the initial one that was provided with your account, and you will be prompted to change upon first login. To obtain the IP if you DB simply log into PowerSchool and go to Start Page > System Administrator > System Settings > Server Statistics. Here you will see your "Primary IP Address". You will need to subtract 30 from the 3rd octet to get your DB IP. For example, if the ip is 192.168.45.6, then the db ip is 192.168.15.6.If you are still unable to connect using the new IP address and/or the initial password first sent with your account, please let me know.
