Official comment
Hi Brian,
Hope all is well Sir! I think the issue is on our end. We are in the process of updating our SSL certificates on our servers. This process will require a database restart. Rather than restarting the database during the day (and disrupting clients), we are going to restart them this evening. Unfortunately, some ODBC users will receive an error about an expired certificate until we restart. Since the error message you are getting says "Caused by: java.security.cert.CertificateExpiredException", I'm assuming this is the issue with your connection.
This issue should resolve itself following the reboot of the database servers this evening. We apologize for the short notice and the inconvenience. This hard reboot of our servers was not anticipated.
