For hosted PowerSchool clients, this error might be caused by the following.
2). The IP address of the PowerSchool hosted server has changed in the PowerSchool data center.
3). The BIG IP Edge (VPN) client is not providing the correct information for the computer running the extract process to access the hosted PowerSchool server.
The TNS no listener error ... means we are trying to communicate to the PowerSchool server in the PowerSchool data center via the VPN client. However, the server isn't responding (listening).
This will require the client to contact PowerSchool to verify the VPN URL (server), IP address and BIG IP Edge (VPN) client information.
Illuminate Education is unable to check or reset the IP address information or the BIG IP Edge (VPN) client information.
