Support: How do I sign up for / access the Illuminate HelpCenter?

    In order to access tickets marked as "contains secure data", you will need to create an Illuminate HelpCenter account.

     

    To set up an account for the first time:

    1. Log into Illuminate.

    2. Click the Control Panel icon in the top right-hand corner.

    3. Click Illuminate HelpCenter.

     

    4. Select the email you would like to use for your HelpCenter (Zendesk) account. Click Save.

    5. You should receive an email confirmation to activate your account.

     

    To access your secure tickets:

    1. Log into Illuminate.

    2. Click the Control Panel icon in the top right-hand corner.

    3. Click Illuminate HelpCenter. You should be re-directed to https://support.illuminateed.com/hc/en-us

     

    4. Click your name in the top-righthand corner. Click My Activities.

     

    5. Depending on your level of access, your tickets will appear under "My Requests", "Requests I'm CC'd on", or "Organization requests".
