Access to eduCLIMBER for substitute teacher

    Thanks, Gail, for your response! Yes, adding that user to eduCLIMBER and creating a custom course for that teacher is the best way. This can easily be done with the option to create course from a data wall! Simply select all students on the data wall of the course to have that substitute teacher see all students in the course(s).     One option is to create a new course within eduCLIMBER and assign the substitute as the teacher. We're doing that for our ESL teachers who monitor students who have exited from ESL.

    Another option is to give the substitute grade level access, then have them create a private tag for the students in the class. Then they could run a grade-level report with the tag as a filter.
