    Hi Kelsey,

The best area to place this would be the comments section of the intervention. You are able to post comments related to the intervention (general comments which would only be found within the intervention itself), or you can post comments linked to students. If comments are linked to students, then those comments would appear on the student page under the "Interventions" section.

    I hope this helps!

    Kristin & Kelsey,

Can such notes about the previous intervention be included in the Intervention Creation Reports or the “Intervention Plan Form”?

    Thanks,

    Heidi

    Hello Heidi,

The Intervention Creation Report is a standard report that does not allow for it to be adjusted. With that said, this report cannot pull in notes on the previous intervention. As for the Intervention Plan Form, that is a form that is linked to a smartFORM. At this time, we do not offer a way to get intervention notes on a smartFORM. But there is an idea below you may be interested in (but it does require double-entry).

If you adjust the smartFORM template for that document, then the Intervention Plan Form document will also update. While we do not offer an "intervention notes" field on smartFORMS at this time, what you could do is add a journal field where teachers can add notes to the form. It would work in the same manner as the comments mentioned above. However, they are not linked. So if a teacher/interventionist adds comments in the intervention and they want those same comments to appear on the smartFORM/Plan Form, they would have to double-enter that comment.

I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out with any further questions.

    Thank you,

    Kristin
