Thank you, Peg, for your response! Peg is correct. Renaissance STAR is a dataset that can be automated. To begin this process, feel free to email our support team at ecsupport@illuminate.zendesk.com

    Thank you,

Thank you everyone!  We already have STAR set up for automatic imports.  The students that take and fail the screener are not included in the automatic import, so I was wondering if there are any other districts that also like to use this data.  If so, I wonder how, or if, they add it to eC themselves.

    Hi Melissa,

You could add data for STAR manually into eduCLIMBER. This can be done via Manage>Score Editor. Typically, districts have STAR as an assessment that has manual entry disabled. However, system administrators in eduCLIMBER (and any others given the permission to "Bypass Score Entry Restrictions") can manually add data for STAR for any students. This would allow you to add data for students who are not on the automatic upload. Before doing this, I would recommend reaching out to our support team at ecsupport@illuminate.zendesk.com to see if this data from STAR is able to be added to the automated upload. If STAR supports this data on the automated upload, you would not have to manually enter it into eduCLIMBER.

    Thank you,

    Kristin

Thank you Kristin.  I did reach out to support, who reached out to STAR and determined that the data cannot be included on the file.  I will go with my first thought, which is to manually add the data myself.
