    Hi Kaitlyn,

Our support team can help you take a look into this. You should have received an email with a ticket number. Our support team will be in contact regarding the details needed to see if this is a possibility.

    Thank you,

I'm not sure.  Is there a link to the two probes you are talking about?

To find probes for a student:

    1. Navigate to the Student Profile and search for the student.

    2. Select "Monitors" in the intervention column by selecting the dropdown arrow next to "Interventions"

    3. Find the monitors/probes as displayed within the Active and Historical tabs

    Hello!

Marlena Peduzzi asked for links to the probes I'm referring to- I'm not sure how to find a link to a probe.

I have two data points on one probe, and two data points on another probe. I would like to see them be merged together so I have one probe with 4 data points.

There are no specific links to a probe, but you can access the probe to manually add scores. So you could add the two scores from one probe to the other and then remove the probe that is no longer needed.

To access the area to enter scores, click on the probe from the Student Profile and select the 3 Dot Menu to enter scores.

From here, you can add the two scores from the other probe to be displayed on the desired probe.

Hello! When I try to manually enter scores, I get an error message that says, "Unable identify record. If this continues, please contact help@educlimber.com." Should I contact this email?

I'd recommend communicating in the ticket created from earlier. Did you get an email to that ticket number?

I just emailed you within the ticket. Please reply to that email to confirm you have access to it. We will be in touch through that email so we can discuss the options to merge this data. Thank you!
